Enter Credentials: Open the app and enter your school's email address in the Email field and the corresponding password in the Password field.

Login: Tap the Login button to proceed to your school's main screen. 

When you log in, the main screen displays your school's name, the current balance, a unique QR code, and a school ID code (e.g., ZM7TZN).

To make a purchase:

Place Your Order: Go to the supplier and tell them which products and quantities you need. The supplier will enter this information into their own application.

Present Your Code: To link the transaction to your school's account, the supplier will need to identify you. You can do this in two ways:

• Scan the QR Code: The primary method is to have the supplier scan the QR code displayed on your screen.
• Provide the School ID: If the QR code cannot be scanned (e.g., due to poor lighting or technical issues), you can provide the alphanumeric School ID code shown below the QR code for them to enter manually.

Confirm: The supplier will then complete the transaction on their end, and the cost will be deducted from your current balance. 

View Price List: To check the price of available items in credits, tap on Prijs Lijst (Price List) at the bottom of the screen. A list of products and their credit costs will appear.

Request Support: If you require help from the FDMM team, tap on Support. A pop-up will open, allowing you to type your message and send a support request. 

Enter Credentials: Open the application and type your supplier email address into the Email field and your password into the Password field.

Login: Tap the Login button to access your account. 

Select Products: On the main screen, you'll see a list of available products. Use the + and - buttons next to each item to adjust the quantity for the school's order.

Identify the School: You have two options to identify the school placing the order:

• Manual Entry: Type the school's unique ID directly into the School ID text field.
• QR Code Scan: Tap the QR code icon next to the School ID field to open the scanner and scan the school's QR code from their application.

View Price List: To see the price of each item in credits, scroll to the bottom of the product list and tap on Prijs Lijst (Price List).

Request Support: If you need assistance, scroll to the bottom and tap on Support. A pop-up window will appear where you can type and send your message to the support team.
